In part, this is because these documents have been formatted to enable data analysis by users in a specific way and function as calculation tools. We have considered the audience of these spreadsheets and how they are used as well as the estimated costs and benefits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Content that\u2019s not within the scope of the accessibility regulations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Some of our older PDFs, word documents and excel spreadsheets don\u2019t meet accessibility standards.
