The Villa:

A linked villa in traditional Andalucian style which provides comfortable accommodation. The villa is situated at the back of the village just 5 minutes walk to the beach and village centre.

3 bedrooms (2 doubles, 1with en-suite, & 1 twin bedroom), bathroom, kitchen, lounge/
dining room, rear lobby, roof terrace with sea views, enclosed porch/
conservatory, arranged as follows:

Ground Floor
Entrance Porch/Conservatory: table + 4 chairs.
Lounge area: Cane 3 seater sofa and 2 chairs, coffee table, wood burning stove.
TV and video player - Spanish TV & videos only.
Dining area: Table + 6 chairs, sideboard containing glassware. CD/ Cassette player.

Inner hall area: Storage cupboard with iron + ironing board.
Kitchen: Fridge/freezer, combination microwave/conventional oven, gas hob, dishwasher, toaster. Good range of utensils and crockery.
Bedroom 3: Double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Rear Lobby: Access to the patio, sideboard containing English books, games and videos.

Outside: Gas water heater. Gas cylinders in cupboard. Patio with pergola, BBQ, table + 6 chairs, shower.

First Floor
Bedroom 1: Double bed, wardrobes, bedside tables. Doors to en-suite, containing shower, wash-hand basin, toilet and heater, and roof terrace.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (can be joined to make a double) wardrobes. Door to roof terrace.
Bathroom: Bath/shower, wash-hand basin, toilet, wall heater, and washing machine.

Parking:

Parking in front of the property is limited. If your party has more than one car please park on the spare land at the top of the road.

Wood:

If renting the villa during the winter months wood for the wood-burning stove would be necessary, and needs to be ordered in advance. The price for the wood is in addition to the villa rental.

Swimming Pool
Access to nearby (approx. 5 minutes by car) open air, unheated pool can be arranged at an additional charge.
